Let’s face it, vinyl banners or outdoor banners as they are traditionally known are very popular, quick to produce, eye catching and extremely effective. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, our central location gives us great national coverage to get your outdoor vinyl banners delivered to you – fast!
Our outdoor banners are produced in house by our four Roland eco-solvent large format machines by a team of super-speedy, talented digital print operatives – we print, package and distribute outdoor banners for all kinds of clients around the midlands.
Alongside our heavy-weight vinyl stock we also produce wind resistant outdoor banners. The mesh stock has thousands of tiny holes to allow the wind to pass through, these banners are usually found on scaffolding, building wraps or flags and can be found under a vast array of names; ‘mesh banners’, ‘building wraps’, ‘pvc mesh’ or ‘air-mesh banners’.

Our super-impact solvent based vinyl banner printer really makes the colours of your design stand out; here at Sherwin Rivers we can produce bright and bold cost-effective vinyl banners ideal for all kinds of indoor and outdoor signage requirements.
Our outdoor / vinyl banners are available in either standard or high resolution print settings. Our standard resolution is ideal for outdoor vinyl banners viewed from over two meters whereas our high-resolution outdoor vinyl banners achieve a greater level of print detail and are ideal for viewing at a short distance.
Outdoor Banner Sizes
Common sizes for vinyl / outdoor banners are (ft) 2 x 4ft (610 x 1220mm), 3 x 6ft (915 x 1830mm), 4 x 6ft (1220 x 1830mm), 4 x 8ft (1220 x 2440mm) and we can produce custom sizes to just about any specification.

PVC Vinyl & Mesh Vinyl Banner
We currently offer two kinds of outdoor banner material;
Our ever popular thick-gauge 440gsm PVC or alternatively our Mesh / Air Banner.
Brass Eyelets
Recycled Plastic Eyelets
Our recycled plastic eyelets are perfect for vinyl banners – they do no rust and the fact that they are clear makes them almost invisible
Our outdoor vinyl banners are printed full colour on 440gsm PVC banner or Air-Mesh Banner with either brass or recycled plastic eyelets. Our Air-mesh banner material usually adds 20% to the cost of a standard PVC banner.
All our Outdoor vinyl banners are printed onto 440gsm water and sunlight resistant PVC plastic or Air-Mesh. We also fold over (hem) or banner tape the edges of the banner and eyelet – making the banners super easy to put up!

We’d suggest creating your document and overlaying our guides on a separate layer.
Please do not include the guides when supplying print ready artwork.
Please supply your artwork at a minimum of 200dpi.
We’ve not uploaded all the sizes for our outdoor banners, just increase your document size to your requirements – or we’d be happy to supply you with one!
